Shinrin Yoku
Inspired by Japanese forest bathing. A deep sensory immersion in nature, for body and mind.
Shinrin Yoku · 森林浴
Walk. Breathe. Heal.
Shinrin-yoku — literally "forest bathing" — is a Japanese practice that involves consciously immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the forest. Neither hiking nor seated meditation, it is a slow, guided walk that engages all the senses.
Science confirms it: 2 hours in the forest reduce cortisol, boost immunity, and regulate heart rate. Jess guides you through this unique experience in the heart of the Luxembourg woods.
